Gordon A. Neate
Gordon
A. Neate has practiced for fifteen years. Although Mr. Neate has significant
court experience, his practice emphasizes Collaborative Family Law and Mediation
as healthier methods of resolving matrimonial issues. Residential real estate
purchases and sales and mortgage refinancing have also long been a significant
part of his practice.
Mr. Neate has had the pleasure and benefit of living in many regions in Canada, from coast to coast. He practiced in Nova Scotia before moving to British Columbia in 1990. He obtained Bachelor of Arts degrees from Dalhousie University and the University of Calgary, a Master of Arts degree from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Winsdor. He practiced with large and small firms in Nova Scotia and British Columbia prior to establishing his own practice in Langley, British Columbia in 1994. Mr. Neate is also a qualified Family Law Mediator and Collaborative Divorce Lawyer. Mr. Neate lives in the community of Langley and became associated with Milne Selkirk in 2001.
